Job Summary: Under the direction of the Head Coach of Highlander Aquatics, the Seasonal Swim Team Coach is a certified USA Swimming Coach who develops young athletes in a positive environment and encourages individuals to succeed at his/her own level. We are looking for a qualified and dependable individual who loves the sport of swimming and enjoy working with children in a competitive and fun atmosphere. This position also opens opportunities to coach multi-group levels within Highlander Aquatics. Typical work hours are Monday through Friday, 3:30 - 6:30 pm. This part time/seasonal position is at Fort Gatlin Recreation Complex Pool located in Orlando, Florida.  Orange County Parks and Recreation is currently seeking responsible and qualified Individuals to fill our Lifeguard positions. Applicants will need to pass a prerequisite swim test. Lifeguards will be responsible for patron safety and surveillance as well as emergency response. Various customer service and maintenance related duties may vary. Orange County Parks and Recreation will offer American Red Cross Lifeguarding training to all qualified applicants.
