Job Summary: Under the direction of the Head Coach of Highlander Aquatics, the Seasonal Swim Team Coach is a certified USA Swimming Coach who develops young athletes in a positive environment and encourages individuals to succeed at his/her own level. We are looking for a qualified and dependable individual who loves the sport of swimming and enjoy working with children in a competitive and fun atmosphere. This position also opens opportunities to coach multi-group levels within Highlander Aquatics. Typical work hours are Monday through Friday, 3:30 - 6:30 pm. Position Overview: NPAC is seeking an experienced and motivated Swimming and Diving Director to lead the program and continue building a strong foundation for success. This individual will oversee all aspects of the swim and dive programs, develop athletes at every level, guide the coaching staff, and promote a positive and professional team culture that reflects NPAC’s mission and values.
