Position Overview Waynesville Blue Dolphins is seeking a Head Coach, Assistant Coach, and 2 Coaches -in-Training (CIT) to lead a competitive, athlete-centered summer swim program. Head CoThe role oversees program direction, swimmer development, and coaching staff leadership. We are looking for leaders who can help our swimmers meet their greatest potential through fostering a love of swimming, providing growth-oriented feedback to improve performance, promote team unity, and have fun along the way.
