Job Description We are looking for a motivated and engaging individual to assist with our developmental 9-12 group, our advanced 9-12 group, and occasionally with our senior swimmers (13-18). Our primary criteria: ability and/or desire to coach actively and thoroughly from a technical aspect, plus character and values that the kids can emulate. Ideally, candidates have age group coaching experience and over a decade of personal swimming experience. Coach will be expected to attend all practices and meets as assigned.
