South Coast Aquatic Team (SCAT), a competitive year-round swim team in North Bend, Oregon, is seeking a part-time Head Coach . This role involves coaching swimmers aged 6 to 18 , supervising assistant coaches, and collaborating with a parent-run board of directors to lead the team. Established in 1995 , SCAT is a non-profit, board-governed organization dedicated to promoting swimming in the community and fostering character development, sportsmanship, and team dynamics . Job Duties: Lead practices five days per week , creating training plans suited for each level of swimmer. Submit meet files using Hy-Tek .
