The Wiregrass Aquatics Club wants to add to our Coaching staff.  We are seeking assistant coaches for our summer beginner competitive swim program. The team is a non-profit club operating on Fort Rucker, AL in MWR facilities, serving primarily young swimmers, ages 7-14 that are new to competitive swimming.  This is an independent contract position for approximately 10-15 hours per week during June and July. Practice times are early morning and one end of season meet is expected during the evening or weekend hours. Key responsibilities include: Assist in planning and conducting team practices based on age and skill level, and swimmer evaluations for new members and swimmer advancements Provide feedback on appropriate meets and meet entries for team members Communicate with the  Head Coach, Board and Team Parents as needed regarding swimmer progress, team needs and misc issues related to attendance, billing, membership etc. Requirements:...
