Nation’s Capital Swim Club Competitive Coach Positions for the 2025-2026 Season: Washington D.C. Metro Nation’s Capital Swimming, Inc is looking to hire full-time and part-time coaches in the DMV area including positions in Montgomery County, D.C. and Northern Virginia. These positions would report directly to the head site coaches and work closely with him/her on the preparation of our swimmers. We have opportunities to work with all age groups: 8 & under, 9–12-year-old and 13 & over athletes. Position Requirements: • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience coaching age group swimmers in a year-round and fast-paced environment. • Foundations of Coaching, Background check, and Safety training for Swim Coaches certifications through USA Swimming.
