CANES is seeking an Assistant Age Group Coach to work with swimmers ages 11-17 on a daily basis.  The coach will write both dryland and water training workouts. Position Expectations: Reports to the Head Coach 12-20 hours per week includes a minimum of one meet per month.  Working knowledge of USA Swimming and FHSAA rules. Charlotte County Blue Fins are looking for coaches for year round competitive swim program.  This is a Monday through Friday position(with some weekend commitment as swim meets occur).  This is a part time hourly position ranging anywhere between 1 to 2.5 hours a day.  Age range of swimmers is anywhere between 8 to 12yrs. Competitive swim background necessary, coaching experience a plus but not a must.  Fall schedule ranges from August to May (afternoon practices) and Summer schedule (morning practices).  Candidates need to have flexible schedule to accommodate this seasonal change. We are looking for coaches that love the sport of swimming and working with children.  These positions require certifications through USA Swimming along with an extensive background check.  Both need to be obtained in order to start.  Club will reimburse for certs once 6 months of employment has been reached.
