PENN Aquatic Club is searching for coaches for our age group swimmers (ages 7-12) on our swim team. The training goals of our age group program are stroke efficiency, technical instruction, racing skills, and team building. PENN competes as a member of USA Swimming. You can read more about our Program  here . This role is designed for the school year (September-June), but could continue in the summer months if interested. Job Requirements: 6-8 hours per week on deck coaching Developmental and Orange groups Arrives on time to set up and prepare for daily practices. Attend USA meets as needed throughout the season Communicates with the Head Coach effectively Must acquire & maintain USA Swimming Coach Certifications/Credentials Attends staff meetings in person or via zoom.
