General Function:   To assist the head coach in ensuring that all Swim Team programs are started and finished as scheduled. Performs program to best of ability to achieve obtainable goals set by YMCA of Central Kentucky. Provides a sense of control during scheduled Swim Team programs.  This will increase the safety of the pool for all participants, members, and their guest.  The Assistant Swim Team coach will assist during emergency care in the event of an accident.
