River Falls Swim Club is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Associate Head Coach to join our growing program immediately. RFSC is a board-run 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization serving approximately 75–100 competitive swimmers and a 150+ swimmer developmental/swim lessons program for athletes ages 4–18. This position works closely with the Head Coach to help lead all aspects of the competitive and developmental programs while supporting a positive, athlete-centered team culture.
