Contribute to the development of young athletes in a supportive and enriching environment. Qualifications and Experience: Experience in swim lesson instruction or year-round coaching is beneficial. A strong eagerness to learn and thrive in a team-oriented setting is essential. Relevant certifications are advantageous but not mandatory. Candidates should plan to obtain necessary certifications within 30 days of hire if not already certified. Responsibilities: Lead age group practice sessions for our swimmers.
