North East Aquatics Team (NEAT) Swim Coach Location: Blossom Athletic Center  EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:  High School Diploma or equivalent  Must be at least 18 years of age  College Degree preferred  ASCA Level I, preferred  Experience in swim coaching or teaching swim lessons, preferred  High School Diplomas and college/university degrees must be obtained from an accredited program or university approved by the United States Department of Education and the Texas Education Agency.  Pay rate: $17-20/hour PRIMARY PURPOSE SUMMARY:  Responsible for swimmer training, development, and competitive progression.
