Northland United Swim Team might be the place for YOU!
Who: Ages 6-18 that already have two legal strokes and a general understanding of the remaining two.
What: A competitive swim team with several meets offered in and out of town throughout two seasons. Short course (yards) in the fall/winter and long course (meters) in the summer.
When: Depending on the group, practices are held 3-6 times a week.
Where: Our main pool is at the Park Hill Aquatic Center.
Why: NLU's mission is to provide a safe space for swimmers to work on building up their technique, learn how to get faster, make friends, and above all have a good time doing it.
