HIGHLANDER AQUATICS ASSOCIATE HEAD COACH

Job Summary
Lake Highland’s Aquatics Program seeks a Highlander Aquatics Club Associate Head Coach & High School Varsity Swim Team Assistant Coach to assist in mentoring and developing swimmers within a high-performance USA Swimming environment, while supporting facility scheduling and daily operations. This role emphasizes technical excellence and athlete motivation, helping each swimmer reach their full potential.

Other functions include, but are not limited to, teaching Physical Education classes at the pool;
assisting in pool operations; and maintaining software updates, scoreboard, and communication boxes, to name several.

This is a full-time, fully benefited, exempt, 12-month position. We encourage applicants from underrepresented groups to apply.

Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• First Aid/CPR/AED, Coaches Safety Training, and USA Swimming certifications required.
• A minimum of three years of coaching experience at the club, high school, or collegiate level required.
