Swim South Bay is an athlete-centered swim program committed to developing confident, skilled swimmers in a positive and supportive environment. We emphasize strong fundamentals, teamwork, sportsmanship, and a lifelong love of the sport. We are seeking an enthusiastic and dependable Age Group Swim Coach to lead and support young swimmers (ages 6-13). The ideal candidate is passionate about working with young athletes, skilled at teaching stroke technique, and excited to be a part of a collaborative coaching team. We are in search of a coach who is patient and energetic. They will serve as a positive role model, promoting teamwork, sportsmanship, and respect.
