Inspire Swimming Our mission: inspire swimmers to reach their full potential both in and out of the pool through meaningful, supportive, and individual coaching. We are a small club (~80 swimmers) located in Houston (training at 2603 Timmons Ln, Houston, TX 77027). Job Description We are looking for a motivated and engaging individual to assist with our developmental 9-12 group, our advanced 9-12 group, and occasionally with our senior swimmers (13-18). Our primary criteria: ability and/or desire to coach actively and thoroughly from a technical aspect, plus character and values that the kids can emulate. Ideally, candidates have age group coaching experience and over a decade of personal swimming experience. Coach will be expected to attend all practices and meets as assigned. During the school year, we practice weekday evenings and Saturday mornings. In the summer, we practice weekday mornings and some evenings as well as Saturday mornings....

With a roster of over 200 athletes, and utilization of 3 local pools, BTA is seeking motivated and experienced coaches to assist groups within our growing team, including our Learn to Swim program. They will work with the Head Coach, Head Age Group Coach, and other Lead Coaches to develop the team through technique-based practices, advanced training, dry land assistance, and other duties as required. BTA aims to provide every swimmer with the opportunity to improve their skills to the best of their ability and achieve success in a safe environment. Job Expectations Assist the lead coach with practices on weekday afternoons/evenings and some Saturday mornings (~10-15 hours per week) Maintain a safety-first environment throughout training and dry land. Uphold the program requirements, in close coordination with the coaching staff. Contribute to athlete progression as determined by group specific training standards and individual/group goals....

We are looking for a second Assistant Coach to join our Head Coach and Assistant Coach. We are a team of about 200 swimmers located in Cypress Texas. We have a great 8 lane pool that we use for practices which start on April 21st and home meets our season concludes on June 21st.  We are happy to work with your work or school schedules and accommodate for any planned vacations.
