This includes coaching, program development, communication, and administrative support. Overview We are seeking an experienced swim coach to lead the swim program for our junior/elite triathlon program, Team Playtri Elite - one of the top 10 junior high-performance triathlon programs in the country since 2019, and a current U23/elite triathlon development environment. An ideal candidate would have previous experience working with 15 to 18-year-old distance freestyle swimmers at A or better USAS time standards, as well as teaching and coaching other strokes - triathlon/open water coaching experience is a plus.
