JCAT Swim is seeking a motivated and reliable Developmental Age Group Coach to assist with our growing swim program. We are a small, family-oriented team focused on long-term athlete development, strong technique, swimmer confidence, and creating an environment where athletes feel like they are part of the team, not just on a team. This position is ideal for a coach who enjoys working with age group swimmers, especially athletes ages 8–12, and believes that progress is measured by more than meet results. At JCAT, we value technical improvement, discipline, confidence, consistency, teamwork, and swimmer ownership of their own development.
