Position Overview: NPAC is seeking an experienced and motivated Swimming and Diving Director to lead the program and continue building a strong foundation for success. This individual will oversee all aspects of the swim and dive programs, develop athletes at every level, guide the coaching staff, and promote a positive and professional team culture that reflects NPAC’s mission and values. Job Duties and Responsibilities: Program Leadership and Development Design, implement, and communicate an annual training plan for all competitive groups from developmental through elite. Create progressive and engaging practices that teach proper stroke mechanics, endurance, and racing strategies. Support the head and assistant coaches in delivering high-quality practices that align with the overall season plan. Oversee both water and dryland training that aligns with age and ability levels.
