We are seeking a candidate with a true passion for coaching, exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to inspire and develop swimmers at every stage of their journey. The CCA Marlins currently claims approximately 200 swimmers, ranging from novice to Junior National level swimming. The team manages aquatics programs at two locations in the Roanoke Valley, the Carter Athletic Center and the Lancerlot Sports Complex.  The Roanoke Valley is uniquely nestled among the Blue Ridge Mountains in southwestern Virginia.
