Napa Valley Swim Team (NVST) is a USA Swimming and Safe Sport accredited competitive swim club serving athletes ages 5–18 across the greater Napa Valley. We are a community-rooted, family-engaged program led by a volunteer parent board, and we are seeking a head coach who combines technical expertise with genuine heart for athlete development. This is a full-time, exempt position responsible for all aspects of coaching leadership — from designing and leading practice schedules 5–6 days per week, to hiring and mentoring assistant coaches, managing meet operations, and building the family and community relationships that define our culture. Summary of Position:  Coaches for the Arden Manor Pirate’s provide guidance, leadership, and instruction to the team. This seasonal/temporary position for the Arden Manor Recreation and Park District will oversee the operations of a recreation swim team program.
