SWIM COACH – JOB DESCRIPTION The Swim Coach of the Warrington Dragons shall provide leadership for the development and implementation of both short-term objectives and long-range goals of the swim team.  The Swim Coach shall be responsible for supervision of employees and administration of the day-to-day swim team operations.  The Swim Coach shall adhere to the Official Rules and Regulations/Staff Handbook of the Warrington Dragons. Position Overview: NPAC is seeking an experienced and motivated Swimming and Diving Director to lead the program and continue building a strong foundation for success. This individual will oversee all aspects of the swim and dive programs, develop athletes at every level, guide the coaching staff, and promote a positive and professional team culture that reflects NPAC’s mission and values.
