HOURLY RANGE:  $20-$22 per session (1/2 hour sessions) POSITION SUMMARY: The Aquatic Rehabilitation Specialist will conduct safe, fun, dynamic and effective water fitness classes based on YMCA Standards & Guidelines. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Conduct initial client assessments. Develop treatment plans based on their individual needs and goals. Administer therapeutic exercises, and modalities, to improve clients' mobility, strength, and pain management. Continuously assess and document client progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as necessary to ensure effective rehabilitation. Maintain accurate and detailed records, including treatment notes and progress reports, in compliance with legal and organizational requirements.
