Nation’s Capital Swim Club Competitive Coach Positions for the 2026-2027 Season: Washington D.C. Metro Nation’s Capital Swimming, Inc is looking to hire full-time and part-time coaches in the DMV area including positions in Montgomery County, D.C. and Northern Virginia. These positions would report directly to the head site coaches and work closely with him/her on the preparation of our swimmers. We have opportunities to work with all age groups: 8 & under, 9–12-year-old and 13 & over athletes. Position Requirements: • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience coaching age group swimmers in a year-round and fast-paced environment. • Foundations of Coaching, Background check, and Safety training for Swim Coaches certifications through USA Swimming. The Opportunity As a full-time Senior or Age Group Coach, you will join a dynamic family of coaches for the day-to-day development of athletes within your assigned training groups, partner with the Head Coach and Coach Directors in implementation of the season plan, and participate in long-term planning. You will help set the tone for excellence across your site. This is a leadership role for an experienced coach who is ready to build on Machine's culture, drive performance, and invest deeply in the athletes in their practices.
