MISSION To coach safe, fun and effective, swim practices, adhering to the guidelines set forth by the Aquatics Director.  Emphasize proper stroke technique and foster a love for the sport.  Represent the swim program in a manner that is consistent, professional, and supportive.     Reports to: Head Coach and Assistant Head Coach   PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES To create and deepen relationships with members that we know and do not yet know, that will add value to their membership, enhance their sense of belonging and sense of community within the club.
