JOB DESCRIPTION: Beach Cities Alpha is accepting applications for Full Time and Part Time coaches to join our dedicated staff of committed professionals. Beach Cities Alpha is a 2025 & 2026 USA Swimming Silver Medal Club, and is the premier 18-under high-performance team in the South Bay, currently boasting multiple athletes ranked in the Top 10 in the nation.
