HOURLY RANGE:  $20-$22 per session (1/2 hour sessions) POSITION SUMMARY: The Aquatic Rehabilitation Specialist will conduct safe, fun, dynamic and effective water fitness classes based on YMCA Standards & Guidelines. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Conduct initial client assessments. Develop treatment plans based on their individual needs and goals. Administer therapeutic exercises, and modalities, to improve clients' mobility, strength, and pain management. Continuously assess and document client progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as necessary to ensure effective rehabilitation. JCC Bridgewater Tide Swim Team – Looking for Part-Time Coaches Immediate Part-Time Openings: The JCC Bridgewater Tide Swim team (BWTD)is seeking qualified USA Swim Coaches to assist our full time coaches with our Gold 1 & 2 groups, and additional groups as needed. BWTD is located at the Shimon and Sara Birnbaum Jewish Community Center in Bridgewater, NJ.
