In search of a swim instructor to teach swimming to student  three years old and up in the evenings at a residential pool in Pearland, Texas. Start day is January 12th.

We are seeking an energetic and reliable Assistant Swim Coach to support our summer league program. This is a fast-paced role that requires patience, strong communication skills, and a genuine love for working with kids. Responsibilities include assisting the head coach during practices, reinforcing drills and techniques that are taught, and providing positive, constructive corrections when swimmers are struggling. The assistant coach should be able to recognize improper technique and correct it in a clear, encouraging, and age-appropriate manner. The ideal candidate will help create a fun, supportive, and motivating environment, build positive relationships with swimmers, and contribute to team morale. We are looking for a second Assistant Coach to join our Head Coach and Assistant Coach. We are a team of about 200 swimmers located in Cypress Texas. We have a great 8 lane pool that we use for practices which start on April 21st and home meets our season concludes on June 21st.  We are happy to work with your work or school schedules and accommodate for any planned vacations.
