Cavalier Swim Camp at the University of Virginia is hiring motivated, experienced counselors for our June 2026 summer sessions. Staff will work alongside one of the most decorated coaching staffs in the country, supporting up to 150 competitive swimmers ages 8–18 in a high-energy, high-caliber environment. Counselors live on-site in the dorms for the duration of each session and are expected to be present and engaged with campers throughout the day. Campers are divided into four groups of approximately 35, with 3-4 counselors assigned to each group.
