Seeking part-time lifeguards ($18-22/hour) and full time swim instructors (coaches) ($22-25/hour).  We are a privately-owned (not franchised) swim school in Wellesley, MA, located in a beautiful facility. 

POSITION SUMMARY:   Under the direction of the Head Swim Coach, the Assistant Swim Team Coach will be responsible for implementing and supervising all team practices. The Swim Team Coach will attend coaches’ meetings, parent meetings, and scheduled swim meets. Part-Time position ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Coaches participants in accordance with Wayside Athletic Club guidelines and conducts practice drills as created by the Head Coach/Team Director. Builds effective, authentic relationships with swimmers and parents. Encourages parental involvement and identifies potential volunteers. The Danvers YMCA Dolfins and the Assistant Swim Coach: The Danvers YMCA Dolfins, a privately owned, YMCA-affiliated youth swim team based from the Danvers Community YMCA, is seeking a part-time Assistant Swim Coach (ASC) to partner with the head coach in creating a program that develops swimmers who excel in and out of the water.  The Dolfins are an up-and-coming program that is growing in both size and stature in New England Swimming. The Dolfins are owned by Timm Heffron, who is also the founder and owner of Swimm with Timm, the premier swim lesson program operating on the North Shore of Massachusetts. Swimm with Timm has been teaching children to swim out of pools in Peabody, Methuen, and Salisbury since 2017.
