The training goals of our age group program are stroke efficiency, technical instruction, racing skills, and team building. PENN competes as a member of USA Swimming. SSC is seeking qualified and dynamic applicants for multiple Assistant Swim Coach positions. Primarily working with swimmers ages 6-14, but should be able to coach all age groups and has a commitment to teaching swimmers of all levels while keeping an engaging learning environment.
