Position Overview Located in Williamsburg, Virginia, 757swim, a member-based 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, is seeking a motivated, organized, and community-driven Director of Business Development to drive growth, forge strategic partnerships, and expand the organization’s footprint. The Director of Business Development reports to the Executive Director and plays a key leadership role in growing the competitive and community swimming programs and managing member relationships. This position collaborates with staff across all programs to maximize facility utilization and revenue. Salary range is anticipated at $40,000 - $50,000.
