We are seeking a passionate and dedicated full-time coach to join our coaching staff.. The successful candidate will work with all age groups and abilities, oversee one of our practice sites and lead one of our groups.  This role involves all aspects of team development and management, with a typical week including approximately 18 hours of on-deck coaching and 15 hours of administrative work plus coaching at swim meets on one or two weekends per month. Qualifications Coaching and/or competitive swimming experience at the club or collegiate level Current USA Swimming coach certifications or willingness to acquire them quickly.
