Job Description  The Assistant Swim Coach and Lead Age Group Coach is a full-time position. Responsibilities include managing, leading and developing athletes for a specific age group(s) and when needed, working with other age groups. This position requires the coach to write and implement workouts appropriate for age, ability and training cycles. Workouts need to emphasize safety and technique in and out of the water. Overview- Annapolis Swim Club is seeking part time assistant coaches. ASC was recently named a Bronze medal swim club in the 2024 and 2026 USA Swimming Club Excellence program. Located right in the capital of Maryland, ASC is a club of 275 athletes ranging from novice swimmers ages six to eight years old, all the way up through high school athletes who are Junior and Senior National level qualifiers. Coming off of our highest ever LSC championship meet finishes with a 2nd place finish for Senior Champs and a 3rd place for Age Group Champs, ASC is one of the premier clubs in the Eastern Zone. SCAQ (Southern California Aquatics) Masters is looking for a coach for our Sunday Culver City 10:30-11:30am workout, as well as our Monday/Wednesday/Friday Santa Monica 11am-12pm workout. $30/hour and you also get unlimited swimming with team. We are looking for someone who has experience coaching or a former competitive swimmer that is jovial, enthusiastic and is good in front of a group of people.
