We are looking for a second Assistant Coach to join our Head Coach and Assistant Coach. We are a team of about 200 swimmers located in Cypress Texas. We have a great 8 lane pool that we use for practices which start on April 21st and home meets our season concludes on June 21st.  We are happy to work with your work or school schedules and accommodate for any planned vacations. 

Responsibilities:  The Aquatics Director/Assistant Swim Coach is responsible for managing operations of aquatics facilities, policies, and pool schedule for open swim, swim activities, swimming programs, excellent skilled instruction, training, and strategies to achieve success. Supervise the day-to-day activities of staff and volunteers including teaching aquatic safety and certifications as needed. Oversees the organization, implementation, promotion and evaluation of the aquatics programs and facilities to include collegiate use, collegiate extra-curricular use, community use and pool programming. Position Summary The Sevier Aquatic Club is seeking an energetic and experienced Head Coach to lead and grow our competitive swim program. The Head Coach will oversee athlete development, manage assistant coaches, coordinate competitions, and partner with the SAC Board to strengthen the club’s long-term success. The Brattleboro Swim Team is looking for a head coach for the 2026 summer season. Our season this year runs from June 22-August 2nd. Practices are held M-F from 4-6pm at the Brattleboro town pool. There are 4-6 swim meets during the season and two saturday meets, the Rutland Sprints and the SVSL championships. The State Championships will be August 1st and 2nd.  The head coach will work with several assistant coaches helping swimmers ages 5-18 in developing their stroke technique for competitive swimming and building/supporting a positive team culture. The head coach will plan practices, oversee 1-3 assistant coaches depending on team size, and coordinate meets.
