SWIM COACH – JOB DESCRIPTION The Swim Coach of the Warrington Dragons shall provide leadership for the development and implementation of both short-term objectives and long-range goals of the swim team.  The Swim Coach shall be responsible for supervision of employees and administration of the day-to-day swim team operations.  The Swim Coach shall adhere to the Official Rules and Regulations/Staff Handbook of the Warrington Dragons.
