Position Summary: Metro East Titans Swimming (METS) is seeking a full-time Head Senior Group Coach to join our swim team immediately in coaching senior group swimmers, overseeing direction of developmental programs, handling some of the administrative duties, and conducting senior group workouts. Our indoor 8 lane 50m/16 lane 25y facility provides ample pool time for high level training and club development.  METS is offering a $2,000.00 signing bonus as well as a relocation allowance. We are looking for Developmental Lead Group Coaches for the 2023 Long Course Season We are looking for energetic, enthusiastic, and knowledgeable Swim Coaches to direct and lead our developmental swim group. Swimmers in this group have just joined USA swimming for the first time and are aiming to get their first B cuts.
