We are seeking a passionate and dedicated full-time coach to join our coaching staff.. The successful candidate will work with all age groups and abilities, oversee one of our practice sites and lead one of our groups.  This role involves all aspects of team development and management, with a typical week including approximately 18 hours of on-deck coaching and 15 hours of administrative work plus coaching at swim meets on one or two weekends per month. Qualifications Coaching and/or competitive swimming experience at the club or collegiate level Current USA Swimming coach certifications or willingness to acquire them quickly. Ivy Hills competes in the Greater Cincinnati Country Club Swim and Diving League. The GCCCSDL season runs about 8 weeks. Practices start the week of Memorial Day. Practices that week will be in the evening as many of our swimmers are still in school that week. That's also the week where we'll hold tryouts for any new swimmers wishing to join the team. Beginning Monday June 1 practices will occur every weekday morning. 8U swimmers at 9am. 9+ swimmers at 10am. 6Uswimmers at 11am.
