The Aldan Swim Club is searching for a Pool Manager.  The individual we are searching for must be energetic, enthusiastic, reliable and trustworthy with excellent people skills.  Knowledge of pool operations is essential.  Some of the responsibilities include supervising and scheduling staff, managing water chemistry, assuring the safety of members and employees, coordinating with the Recreation Dept. to staff special events and minor daily maintenance of the facility.   A complete job description is available.

Pool Manager/Lead Swim Coach Primary Responsibilities Serve as 10-Under Coach and Sr. 1 Development Coach Develop and Implement Training for 10-Under group and Developmental Sr. Group. Serve as Facility Manager for pool with a Tent structure.  Maintain water quality Maintain inspection requirements Make small repairs Do daily CPO checks Does not involve hiring or managing facility staff Provide a positive learning environment for swimmers with structured instruction and fun. We are opening a new 50,000 sq ft Athletic & Wellness Center (Fall 2026!!!) that includes a 6-lane pool. We aspire to become a destination for swim lessons (ie, we will create a swim school open to the public) AND a USA Swim team that draws swimmers from around the world. This is a unique opportunity for an entrepreneurial and competitive individual who desires to build their own program. As we are a boarding school for grades 4-9, onsite housing is available for this position and of course, for members of our future swim team.
