About Us: Caldwell Swim Club is looking for an Assistant Swim Coach to join our team. We are a group of highly motivated swimmers with   three levels of youth training , focused on skill development, teamwork, and a love for the sport. Position Overview: The Assistant Coach will support practices and swim meets while helping create a positive, encouraging environment for swimmers at all levels.
