About US: We are a coach owned YMCA affiliated team out of the North Shore of Massachusetts. The Danvers YMCA Dolfins work with both the Danvers Community YMCA swim lesson program and the local Swimm with Timm program, to offer swimmers a better swim team experience. The swim lesson program curriculum is design to give swimmers a better understanding of proper swimming technique. Swimmers come to the program with a strong foundation of skills and the program is designed to develop swimmers through a technique centered program into strong swimmers at every level of development on through Seniors.  About YOU : We are looking for a dynamic, motivated, professional coach with strong experience working with and developing Age Group swimmers.
