POSITION SUMMARY: This position is responsible for planning, managing, and directing the swim team at the Waukee Family YMCA and for ensuring the safety of participants while operating within the policies, procedures, and practices of the YMCA of Greater Des Moines. This position will need to coach, lead and motivate athletes in practice groups and at meets, promoting improvement and growth.
