Weston Swimming Head Senior Coach Weston Swimming is looking for a Head Senior Coach to join our team. This is a salaried full time position. The Head Senior Coach should Develop and implement effective training plans in alignment with the team's objectives and individual swimmer goals. Provide personalized feedback and coaching to swimmers, helping them improve their skills and reach their potential. Monitor swimmer progress and adjust training programs as necessary. With the Head Coach, would help organize the overall meet schedule and plan for those athletes.  Practices are two hours in duration and occur Monday-Thursday afternoons/evenings and Friday and Saturday mornings  In addition, be available to help cover any additional 12/under practices in coordination with the Head Coach.
