THE POSITION The Aquatic Center is used for recreational swimming, play, lap swimming, therapeutic exercise, and other special programs throughout the year. Lifeguards are employed to supervise the aquatic area while facilities are in use, thus ensuring everyone's safety. Lifeguards monitor the water chemistry hourly to ensure a safe environment in which to enjoy water exercise. Acts as a substitute water exercise instructor. County  Part-time / Substitute / Temporary employees have no guarantee of continued employment and are not eligible for benefits.
