Walnut Country Swim Team (WCST) is recreational swim team located in the Walnut Country Residential Development (aka The Crossings) in Concord California.  WCST provides an affordable activity open to families of Walnut Country and neighboring communities where children 18 and under can improve their swimming skills in a fun, enriching atmosphere.  Our goal is to be recognized as one of the most spirited and successful recreational swim teams in the area.

Our recreational swim team is available to swimmer of all abilities.  While we do compete in meets with other teams throughout the summer, usually on Wednesday nights and Saturday mornings, the level of competition is balanced.  Each swimmer is primarily encouraged to improve their own times throughout the summer, with plenty of rewards and coaching given at every skill level.

Excellent coaching and family involvement are the cornerstones to engaging swimmers to develop their physical skills, personal character, and ability to work toward team and individual goals.  We also provide a welcoming environment for families to form new friendships and develop a sense of community.  This adds to the overall friendliness of our great neighborhood.
