The Assistant Swim Coach plays a vital role in assisting the head coach in developing and implementing effective training programs for swimmers of various skill levels. Job Duties and Responsibilities: Effectively coach various age group levels, setting a strong, positive, enthusiastic, and highly energetic tone for all age groups, as needed.
