Spokane Waves Aquatics Team (SWAT) is a 501c(3) non-profit, board-governed, and coach-led competitive USA Swimming Age-Group Swim Team located in Spokane, WA that has served the swimming community in the Spokane area for over 35 years. Our mission is to empower swimmers to be champions in and out of the water for a lifetime. We strive to provide opportunities for members to set and attain goals at all levels of swimming both individually and as a team. 

Our team currently has approximately 160 age-group swimmers in seven ability-based practice groups across two primary locations. We also have a robust swim lesson and pre-team program with around 50 swimmers participating.
