We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Assistant Coach to join our coaching staff and help develop the next generation of swimmers. Position Summary The Assistant Coach works directly with the Head Coach to lead one or more training groups (White, Yellow, or Maroon). This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about teaching proper technique, building confidence in young athletes, and contributing to a supportive team culture.
