Job Summary: This position will assist with the operations and programming for the Recreational Services Iowa Flyers Swim Club program. Responsibilities include coaching, program development and implementation, special event programming, and program scheduling. Position may supervise part-time staff and/or volunteer staff. Education: Bachelor’s degree in related field or an equivalent combination of related education and experience.   Qualifications: Required Qualifications ·         A bachelor’s degree in related field or an equivalent combination of related education and experience is necessary. ·         Related Experience (typically a minimum of 1 year). ·         Understanding of effective communication concepts, tools and techniques and ability to work with a variety of individuals and groups in a constructive and collaborative manner. ·         Must be a current USA Swimming registered coach. ·...
