Position: Head Age Group Coach Swimming Organization: Memphis Thunder Aquatic Club Location: Memphis, Tennessee Start Date: open   Job Description: As a Head Age Group Coach of Thunder, you’ll be responsible for the development, implementation, support and advancement of age group athletes which includes their short- and long-term goals.   JOB REQUIREMENTS: 1.     The successful candidate must have a background in senior level coaching and development of swimmers. 2.     Current USA Swimming background check, CPR, First Aid, and Safety Training for Swimming Coaches certifications are required. College degree preferred. 3.     Dryland training experience is a plus. 4.     ASCA certification level 2 or higher is desired. 5.     Workouts run in the evenings, during school, (4-7:30pm), Saturdays (7-9am) and occasional mornings.
