Assistant Coach, Iowa Flyers Swim Club This position will assist with the operations and programming for the Recreational Services Iowa Flyers Swim Club program.   Specific Job    Duties and Tasks   Coaching Swimmers Program development and implementation, Special event programming Program scheduling Supervision of part-time staff and/or volunteer staff   Required Qualifications A bachelor’s degree in related field or an equivalent combination of related education and experience is necessary. Related Experience (typically a minimum of 1 year). Understanding of effective communication concepts, tools and techniques and ability to work with a variety of individuals and groups in a constructive and collaborative manner.
