The Radburn Association

Founded in 1929, Radburn is a world-renowned, historic planned community located in Fair Lawn, New Jersey. Designed by legendary architects Clarence Stein and Henry Wright, Radburn pioneered the "Garden City" concept in America—integrating modern living with expansive open spaces and pedestrian-safe "superblocks."

The Radburn Association manages a premier private park system, including two swimming facilities, multiple tennis courts, and a community center. Our aquatic program is a cornerstone of the Radburn experience, fostering athletic development and community spirit through our competitive swim team and comprehensive instructional programs.
